Bio: Alexandra has over 20 years of experience in the field of research and academia, but also as trainer and consultant. Her teaching focus is on marketing communication and branding. Her research interests include topics such as creative and social economy, marketing of cultural organizations and responsible business practices. She also was involved in many projects, both as a coordinator and a team member. A significant number of these projects have been focusing on professional development of various target groups or capacity building for different types of organizations. Bio: 2nd year PhD student at NUPSPA, with a master’s degree in Project Management, with over 3 years of experience. His research interests include digital transformation in management practices, customer relationship management and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic in the digitalization level in organizations.

Bio: Alexandra is a PhD lecturer at the Faculty of Management, with 10 years of experience in the field of research and academia. She holds a PhD in Communication Sciences, focusing on the impact of the economic crisis on the Eurosceptic attitudes of young people in Romania. She also has experience as a consultant working and contributing to different projects focused on the digital strategies of companies. Alexandra was also involved in European-funded projects related to academic education and tutorship, entrepreneurship and innovation. Her areas of interest are: digital marketing, consumer behaviour, sustainable business & innovation management.

Bio: Bianca is a PhD Lecturer and a program coordinator of MA in Brand Management and Corporate Communication. She is also a member of the Communication, Discourse, Public Issues Lab (CoDiPo), affiliated to the Center of Research in Communication and in the academic year 2017-2018, she was a ”Spiru Haret” fellow, with a research project on interactive media campaigns on Romanian migration. Bianca was also involved in projects related to educational marketing, research in smart specialisation areas, and migration as a public problem. Her areas of interest include branding through social media, nation branding, migration, semiotics, marketing and branding in the digital era, and aspects of social media and consumer behaviour. Bio: Professor dr. habil. Florina Pinzaru is Dean of the Faculty of Management of the National University of Political Studies and Public Administration (SNSPA), Bucharest, Romania, where she teaches Management, Organizational Design in the Digital Age, and Strategic Marketing. Florina Pinzaru holds a PhD in Economics and International Business from the Bucharest Business University ASE, a MA in Strategic Marketing, a BA in Economics and International Business from the same university, a BA in Communication and Public Relations from the National University of Political Studies and Public Administration SNSPA and she was Visiting Student at Sciences-Po Paris. She is habilitated to coordinate PhD thesis in Management and teaches regularly abroad, being Visiting Professor at ISIT Paris, France and at the University of Siedlce, Poland.
Florina Pinzaru has more than 10 years of experience as consultant and trainer in Management and Marketing for important Romanian enterprises and multinational corporations in furniture, energy and utilities. As a researcher, Florina Pinzaru managed the Center for Research in Management of Leadership (2013-2017) and was involved in various research projects on topics such as: the economic development of Romania; the profile of the digital natives at work; the teaching of program management strategies; the development of knowledge management for SMEs etc. She published more than 20 Web of Science indexed papers in prestigious journals and proceedings of international conferences, and numerous other academic papers, books, and chapters, in Romania and abroad.

Bio: Andreea is a Lecturer in Communication and Marketing at SNSPA, the CEO of the Center for Research in Management, and the CEO of the Norwegian-Romanian Chamber of Commerce. She is an experienced consultant in marketing and communication, having worked since 2006 with various organizations in Europe. She holds a PhD in Communication Studies (2014) and is a PhD candidate in Management. She is affiliated to B.S.Lab – Business Systems Laboratory, and EBES – Eurasia Business and Economics Society, and a member of the Editorial Board of the International Journal of Electronic Marketing and Retailing (Inderscience). She serves as a reviewer for Kybernetes (Emerald), Journal of International Management (Elsevier), and Management Dynamics in the Knowledge Economy. Her most recent book Y: Popular Culture and Identity [Y: Popular culture și identitate] (Tritonic, 2019) tackles the topic of youth identity and culture, two of her long standing academic interests. Her current research focuses on business internationalization and human capital.

Bio: Raluca Ciochină is a PhD Lecturer, specializing in organizational communication and digital marketing. Raluca Silvia is experienced in online marketing strategy development, content marketing, social media strategy and in automating marketing processes and aligning them with sales departments, mainly in the B2B sector. In addition, throughout her 9 years of academic activity, she was involved in various research activities and collaborations, and is now experienced in international research projects (such as the multi-partner ALIGN-CCUS project and Strategy CCUS project, funded by European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme). She is an active member of the Organizational Learning Research Laboratory, which is part of the Research in Communication Center at the National University of Political Studies and Public Administration. Raluca Silvia is currently the coordinator of a mini grant research project within the Organizational Learning Lab, called “The Role of new information and communication technologies in the cultural and creative sector”. Research topics include: crowdsourcing, communication in social media, entrepreneurship and human resources in the digital era, online consumer behaviors and digital intelligence.

Bio: Lecturer in the field of social psychology and health communication with more then 10 years of experience in academic teaching and research. Alina Duduciuic holds a PhD in Sociology (University of Bucharest), an MA in Communication and Public Opinion (University of Bucharest) and a BA in Communication and Public Relations (SNSPA). She coordinates a postgraduate programme in health communication at the National University of Political Studies and Public Administration (SNSPA). In the field of health communication, Alina has been involved in research projects regarding the impact of ICTs on different age groups. Bio: Cătălin IONIȚĂ is a PhD Candidate in Management at National University of Political and Public Administration. He is a diligent, competent and high performing professional with over 14 years of professional experience and expertise in successful implementation of projects and development of valuable products. Bio: After graduating from the double degree master’s programme Management in Business Innovation and Technology from Sheffield and SNSPA universities, Radu is currently working on his PHDl studies, researching what is the managerial impact of digital transformation in the supply chain regarding artificial intelligence and IoT implementation. He has an entrepreneurial mindset and is currently developing start-ups and working on digital transformation and IT solutions development for different companies. Radu is also working on implementing digital solutions for companies and spends what time he has left practicing different sports.

Bio: Adina Săniuță is associate professor, specializing in management and marketing of innovation and entrepreneurship too. With an experience of 12 years in different business fields (retail, IT&C, NGO, FMCG) is currently working with students to develop their entrepreneurial and innovative mindset. Adina is developing within the Faculty of Management a series of events – Online FM Talks – where entrepreneurs and professionals are invited to talk with the students about their experiences, successes and failures. Beside the academic duties Adina is involved in developing social projects.
